Cute place! Owner is just the best making sure you are well taken care of. Great in the winter sometimes they have a fire near the back just cozy! I’ve only had small bites croissant and pastries but they have been tasty. Coffee is for my personal taste 4/5

I love the food, service and atmosphere that Leo and the team create at Precinct37. Given this, I figured I should try their catering menu for a small birthday event that I hosted a few weeks ago. I was so impressed with the quality and quantity of the food I ordered. My family and friends thought the charcuterie plate, the antipasto plate and the burek were amazing , but particularly loved the beef lasagne - there were no leftovers ! The ordering process and pick up were easy, the cost was reasonable and the food was delicious. Impressive !

It was our first time visiting Precinct37 and we were thoroughly impressed with the service, food, selection of relaxing jazz music and atmosphere of this local gem. We ordered the 'Golden Delight' and 'Pad 37', the portions were generous and the food was very delicious! The matcha here is perfect and my partner enjoyed the strawberry iced matcha very much. We will definitely be back to try the other menu items! Thank you Precinct37 team!!

We absolutely love Precinct 37 – it’s become our go-to spot in Annandale. We’ve visited many times with our Frenchie, and the experience is always warm and welcoming. The owner is incredibly friendly and attentive, always making sure we’re well looked after. He’s also a dog lover, which makes it even more special – our pup is always showered with treats and affection! Great coffee, delicious food, and genuine hospitality. Highly recommend this little local treasure!

Lovely cafe in Annadale. What surprised me is how big it is on the inside. There's a lovely upstairs area with nice balcony seating for warmer days. The food was just delicious. Fresh and flavours were combined well. It is on the more expensive side and there is also a 15% surcharge on weekends and a surcharge for payment by card.

This place is amazing!!! The owner is so lovely, gave us a laugh and service with a smile. Highly recommend the Miso Mushroom Bowl. Drinks are beautifully presented. Cute place on a quiet corner in Annandale. Perfect Sunday brunch

Stopped by Precinct 37 for a quick bite and was pleasantly surprised. I had the toast with mushrooms—fresh, flavorful, and nicely seasoned. The iced long black was smooth and well-balanced, just what I needed to start the day. Cozy space with a relaxed vibe, and the service was friendly too. A solid local café for good food and quality coffee. Will definitely be back.
